In this role, you’ll work more autonomously across the research process and take ownership of relevant assigned projects. You’ll hone your technical and analytic abilities, as well as surfacing actionable insights that can be applied to solving client problems.
A Behavioural Strategist is project and client focussed. The core dimensions of the role include:
Excellent Communication & Project Management Skills
Ability to think, create and communicate strategically
Experience identifying behaviour change objectives
Writing behavioural statements and strategy
Adept in selecting a strategy for insight validation methods, and diagnostic behavioural research approaches.
Manage analysis and interpretation of research
Confidently run fieldwork & conduct research at a high standard
Develop Client Relationships
Assist with Proposal development
